Wine Selection
Cabernet Sauvignon 2006
"Excellent colour, deep and bright; a powerful, intense wine"
94/100 James Halliday Australian Wine Companion 2010
Merlot 2006
This is one of those wines that will continue to develop as time rolls by. This single origin, premium wine shows exceptional purity of fruit with flavours of violets, dark chocolate and olive balanced by soft tannins with a lingering finish.

SHIRAZ 2008
Grown in the rich black gravelly soils of our Estate, the Sedona Shiraz has the elegance and finess of a cool climate wine and reflects the terroir. It exhibits layers of mocha and spices with a firm finish.

CABERNET/MERLOT 2008
The Sedona Cabernet/Merlot brings a popular French style blend to our range. It shows vibrance in colour with spice and clove aromas and a strong palate of cedar and blackcurrant.
90/100 James Halliday Australian Wine Companion 2011
CHARDONNAY 2010
‘SEDONA Estate is in the emerging YEA VALLEY, a region that looks set to turn heads with chardonnay, if the 2010 release is any indication. Winemaker Paul Evans is the man behind this impressive, effortless wine. The palate is clean and restrained – pear, citrus and stone fruits. All fruit – and virtually nothing but the fruit – with good acid.’

RIESLING 2011
Harvested by hand on April 7, whole bunch pressed and then cool fermented at 12°C for fourteen days, this high altitude Riesling shows robust lime and grapefruit flavours balanced by a natural acid finish. For a wine that shows some restraint, it still delivers a palate of richness and length and will continue to develop with careful cellaring over the next 6-8 years.
2011 Sauvignon Blanc
Our Sauvignon Blanc was harvested on April 6, then cold fermented to retain mineral and wild grass aromas, balanced with a crisp palate of kiwi and grapefruits finishing with a generous length of flavour. We hope that you enjoy the wine as much as we have enjoyed creating it for you. This wine is designed to be consumed young; however, with careful cellaring it can continue to develop over the next 3 years.
